We worked with a school complex to develop an AI-powered system that analyses student attention in real time, reduces distraction, and boosts classroom engagement.
With user-friendly dashboards and instant alerts for teachers, they can now quickly regain attention and deliver lessons more effectively.

1- Project Overview

A school complex in Jordan was struggling to manage student distraction inside classrooms, especially with large class sizes and the difficulty of monitoring each student individually.
Teachers had no tool to measure actual attention levels, which affected learning quality.
This created an urgent need for a smart system that could track attention and help teachers intervene at the right moment.

2- The Challenge

More than 50% of students were distracted during most lessons, a level that seriously threatened learning effectiveness.
Teachers didn’t know when the distraction started or which students were most affected.
The goal was ambitious:
Reduce distraction to under 10% within the first hour, while providing accurate real-time data that teachers can easily understand.
